I think crop circles are a very creative way of using form and space. Do aliens keep process books?

This Blog is for my students at the Art Institute of Tampa. Each of these classes has a weekly journal entry requirement. It is expected that at least 1 of these weekly entries be posted and discussed by each student.

Crop circles are one of the more interesting abstract design media we see. Not only does it require skill to operate the tools (i.e. tractor) properly, but scale and proportion must be maintained from a very difficult point of view w/o seeing the entire project in the process.
Sometimes I think the most compelling argument in stating these are alien-made is the improbability that farmers would actually take the time to design and create something like this!
I just think crop circles are cool, not just cuz I'm a country gal, but because they do take time do complete... just as drake79 said!
