Layout Design
ok what is neat about this Layout Design is that it is very simple but it does hold alot of imformation. i think that placing the text not in the boxes in an unexpected place was a bold but a smart move. becasue it isn't traditional but it works and make the product feel like that there isn't any other product out there like it

what really is interesting to me about this Layout Design is the way they used the fine print. instead of putting it on the bottom they puut it on the side top. i think that this ways smart becasue itnot only changes things up for the view but it makes you a little bit more interested in why they put it up therre and this then casue you to look at it when if it was at the bottom you already would know what it is and not even think about looking at it

what is good about this Layout Design is that the layout id divided into four columes and the text is only in one of the columes. this not only gives the Layout Design demision but it makes your eye go into a circle. which no matter what make you look at each image and that is what the advertiser pays for

this layout works really well. you have the main focuse of the image on the bottom, and the text in three columes at the top. but exactly at the top it is slightly above the center. i think that this works well becasue even though there is some what a lot of text the layout doesn't give you that feeling. it grabs you attention

what i like about this layout is that i is very simple. i think that with the picture taking up pretty much the whole layout and the text just in the bottom corner really draws you attention to notice both. they both hold there own part you don't just look at one you automatically have to look at both.

I would like to reafirm the comment that I made for the Chili package published before. Both are good products but cheaply packaged. There is enough room to make a good product make it more appealing to the public. Package Design - Chili and Corn
For the people that like hot food nothing like the good mexican chilis. They sell well and the amount of consumers is growing year by year. The product is a good product but I think the package is poorly design ; the owner is letting the product to be sell by itself. Package Design Week 10
Something I've been noticing lately is that there is a lot of negative space being used in design and such designs tend to grab your attention. I love the simplicity of this holiday box. I feel if someone were to come out as strictly a designer of Christmas boxes with a unique spin, they could be popular in the way that Vera Bradley has become popular with unique purse designs.
Package Design Week 9
This packaging is found at Williams-Sonoma as they've recently launched their Pure and Green collection-a line of soaps, lotions and cleaning agents for your kitchen. The clear recycled plastic packaging allows the product to become a prt of the design. The whole point of this product launch is to offer visually appealing bottles of soap and cleaning agents that you'd want to show off rather than hide them under the sink.

This is actually the newest thing in bottled water, known as Y Water. The water actually comes fresh out of Venice beach and is targeted directly at children through bright colors and interesting shapes. This water is set apart because it is filled with vitamins and minerals, is organic and the bottles are 100% recyclable. These products can actually be put together to make something children can play with.

This packaging has somewhat of an Apple feel to it, especially the blue one. These package designs are for Nano-Bit Kits. They are educaitonal tools to help teachers introduce application of bioengineering and nanotechnology to their students through interactive sessions using laboratory equipment commonly available in schools.
Package Design Week 6
What a way to take something in everday life and make something creative out of it. I love this design more than I could ever express. I think it's hilarious and I feel that when designers use humor, they create a comfortable, familiar feel with their with their clients. This packaging was done by Turner Duckworth and is for a line of car wash products called Vroom. The color scheme is great and works well together and communicates a clean idea. The subtle gray of the "wash me" image is much more effective than it would be if the image were pure black. Strong design.

nice and simple card the colors go well with the black and white pictures, but there is a lot of text.

I like the colors they go with with image nicely and the image catches your eye sents its a well known face you want to see what its about

not really likeing this card its hard to read maybe a lighter purple would have been better
