I really like the bright colors here. I also like how they used the bold black bracket to call attention to the information at the bottom. If they hadn't, they would have had to make that text bigger.

This Blog is for my students at the Art Institute of Tampa. Each of these classes has a weekly journal entry requirement. It is expected that at least 1 of these weekly entries be posted and discussed by each student.

It's a good use of the space, it's simple and too the point without being bland or uninteresting.
In the case of these "postcards" or mailers or what ever they want to call these things I like to see that the designer went with a simple white background instead of some crazy distracting Photoshop texture.
