Golf Anyone!

The golf ball like most modern sports equipment has a tremendous amount of technology behind it. The ball is completely covered with tiny dimples. These dimples serve two main purposes. One purpose is so that the ball is aerodynamic when hit and soaring through the air. The other reason a golf ball has dimples is so that the ball can grip the ground when it lands. The overall size of a golf ball is 42.67 mm in diameter. Most professional balls are made of either plastic or a rubber. This particular ball is white and fairly dinged up.
