The first thing that came to my mind when I heard, "medical" was a stethescope, because the stethescope is the essence of the medical profession. I remember when I was little, I had a stethescope I used to play with, and I would have my friends put the ear pieces in their ears and I would yell in the other end. It was really mean, but it would be really loud on the other end.
