This Blog is for my students at the Art Institute of Tampa. Each of these classes has a weekly journal entry requirement. It is expected that at least 1 of these weekly entries be posted and discussed by each student.

I've seen some of his work before. It really is breath-taking, and has to be seen in person to truly be appreciated. His use of existing elements in creating his structures is very unique in architecture. So often is the first step of a new construct to obliterate whatever inhabited its space beforehand.
I would love to see this in person. I've always found architecture built into nature instead of cutting into nature to build something, more thought out, intersting and healthier for everyone involved. This is gorgeous.
The design behind the architecture is very natural-like. Meaning that the designers made it seem as if it naturaly accured like that. The water fall and rocks dont look man-made at all.
