form and space
Well being in college it is safe to say that most of my piers have a least one or two of these objects setting around this place to live. Why would any one want to buy a glass that only hold like two ounce and that cost more money than a glass that hold eight ounces. I really don’t know the liquid all go in the same spot. But hey this object is pretty cool. I think that is was design for amusement purposes mostly but it is constructed pretty much the same as a glass. The only thing I can say that this object is better than a glass is that if you drop this it is a lot harder to break than a normal glass. And that is really needed because the people who do uses this three dimensional object are mostly dropping things or bumping into things.
Well being an art student and always having it in me to draw thing I am very familiar with this three dimensional object that has not only given me the ability to draw thing but has change the way man communicate to one another. Before people uses to uses rocks or leafs to write things or draw them. But with this object there is no hold a heavy rock or getting dye all over your hands. This object is really amazing. It had lead in the inside of it meaning that if the lead was taken out there would be a hallow tube in the inside of the wood. The construction of this object really was a smart way to go. Not only is it easy to sharpen but also it is light and easy to handle. And that is a really good thing because we uses this object all the time and carry it with us everywhere.
This is an object that I use every single day. My hand knows this three dimensional object like it was apart of the hand itself. I think that this object is a really great creation not only because you do not have to use your hands to eat any more but because out of all the other device that you uses to feed yourself with out using your hands this one gives you the most food in one bit than all the other objects out there. Now the person who created this probably had to go threw a lot of other ideas before coming up with this, You know I mean wouldn’t you think that making a little box and putting a handle on it would woke but not having this oval metal that is in depth is one of the greatest objects out there that you can eat your food with.
Form and Space
Well with this object many other object are able to work together with a Varity of uses. The rubber band is a three dimensional object that can expand and shirk. Now there are many other rubber things out there but the rubber band is quite neat. It is neat because of how its construction is based off a sphere. This band can take form pretty much to anything when you place whatever other three dimensional object inside of it. This object you might think is flat but it has a top bottom and side to it when you take a closer look at it. It is crazy how these simple objects that we uses most likely everyday are constructed so simple. When you think of something to create it is mostly harder to create and object like a rubber band than it would be to create something that is more difficult.
Everyone has seen them and most of Americans have a least one and other have a crap load. Sunglasses are a three dimensional object that are used for fashion and to protect your eyes for sun damage. This object is not only constructed cool it moves and bends to fit the person who wears them. I like how this object looks like it is just stuck together because you can’t see any screws in them and there is no glue marks so it makes it seem as though that this object was put together by thin air. The object look very sharp in cut no rigid marks but with such shape cuts it is still very safe to wear on your face. I think that this object was constructed very well and I see little improvement that could or could not be made to add a little bit more zing to it.
Form and Space
I personally think that this object is a really neat three-dimensional thing. I like it because of how it looks like it pops out so much but in all reality it does not pop out as far and much as it may look. Even though the object needs to be flat to work the right way it still has a roundness to it to give it more of a feeling that it is a sphere when it really is not. Another thing that I like most of this three dimensional object is the texture of it and how it looks rusty and have that feel to it as it is really old. That was a really cool thing that the designer thought about when making this object. You have to keep every aspect of the object that you are designing in mind to come up with the best product possible.

Form and Space week 11
This small niche was created by artisans from Mexico. I like it because it has a lot of details the flowers, the dress , and the form per se. It has all the symbolism that the Mexican people believe and work with.
The niche form was creative and I think fulfill the purpose of highlight the figure of Frida. It is a colorful piece and very lively.

Underwater Scenery
I've never understood how these are really made, but they're so cool. This is a glass box. It stands probably about 4 inches tall and somehow, different things are able to be etched or lasered into them. Here, we have a nice turtle and some fishy friends! It's amazing how such a detailed design can fit in this little cube. Along with the fish cubes, I've also seen ones with roses, dragons and other creatures inside.
The Desert in Sand
This is one of our many Arizona souvenirs. We bought it before my Dad retired and we moved to Florida. Basically, it's just a small candle. The jar was made in a special way so that the artist could sprinkle sand around the sides and make a design. It was really neat to see how something so pretty could be made with colored sand. Around the top of the candle, there are also small desert stones glued in. This candle makes for a good conversation piece.
Gumball Wizard
Here is a mini gumball machine that was given to me for Christmas 3 years ago. I really like the way it replicates the bigger commercial gumball machines. It’s made of plastic and die cast metal and I would say it weighs about 10 pounds with the gumballs in it. The gumball machine is fully functional. When a quarter is place in the coin slop and the handle is turned it releases a gumball down the swirling slide.
What Time Is It
Ok, here we have a fossil watch that I have had for a very long time. The watch has never really kept good time because the batteries wear down too fast. The entire outer part of the watch is silver with a glass face. The face use to have moving numbers on the screen, but they no longer work because the batteries are too low. My favorite part of the entire watch is the interlocking links on the wrist band.
