Sunscreen
I play in numerous beach volleyball tournaments with my friend Lindsay and sunscreen is the one thing we are sure to bring each time. I don't know exactly how sunscreen works, but it truly is a screen from the sun. The second tournament I ever played in, I didn't wear any sunscreen, but since then, I don't go without lathering it on every hour or so and it really works.
